A Los Angeles truck driver who was born with two penises has spoken about his unusual sex life, according to the New York Post. He admitted that many women liked the fact that he had more than one penis.
Why does a man have two penises?
The man, called Tank, suffers from diphallia, a genetic abnormality in which a man is born with two penises.
According to the U.S. National Institutes of Health, the condition is extremely rare - estimated to occur in less than a thousand men and boys in the United States.
In an interview, Tank said he was sent to a juvenile detention center after being convicted of manslaughter at age 12.
Tank remained a virgin until his release from prison at age 24, and after gaining his freedom, he decided to make the most of his extra organ.
"Women didn't believe me when I told them I had two penises. But then I would bring them to a room where they could see everything," he recounted.
Tank gave details about the diphallia, saying he ejaculated from both penises at the same time - even if only one was stimulated.
