Katie Price showed off the results of her 'biggest tit job ever' as she soaked up the sun in a skimpy bikini in Ibiza
The 45-year-old former glamor model stole the spotlight in a white and red polka dot two-piece dress that barely held up her breasts after her 16th breast augmentation.
The mother-of-five added a red ruffled miniskirt over her solo ensemble after she was photographed with fiancé Carl Woods earlier this week.
The TV presenter showed off her impressive collection of tattoos on her front belly, thighs and lower forearms.
Katy completed her look with a pair of hot pink heeled crocs for maximum comfort on the beach.
Cathy made a storm while relaxing on the rocks in front of the ocean, soaking up the Spanish sun.
Earlier this year Katy had her 16th breast augmentation in a bid to have the "biggest boobs in the UK".
She is said to have wanted even bigger breasts after last year's augmentation, opting for 2120 CC implants to enhance her already large bust size.
The appearance comes as Katy's engagement to her fiancé Carl appears to be coming back after they befriended each other in Ibiza the day before.
Kathy and 34-year-old car dealer Carl have been in a tumultuous relationship since July 2020 and got engaged the following April.
They called off their engagement in March 2022 before sparking reunion rumors after they were seen together on numerous occasions.
The couple appeared to be in love again as they were seen cuddling on sun loungers at the Jacaranda Lounge beach club.
It was believed that Katy and Carl were currently separated, despite being spotted kissing in early July, as Katy announced two weeks ago that she was single.

Her apparent reconciliation with Carl comes despite her mom Amy criticizing him and ex-husband Kathy Kieran in her book The Last Word.
She wrote, "Kieran and Carl are also men who are star-hungry and have used Kate as a springboard for their social media channels."
After Amy also branded her other exes Peter Andre and Dane Bowers as "in control," Amy said Katy's second husband Alex Reid was "a sophisticated exhibitionist who came along when Kate was at her lowest," adding that Carl "look like him".
It was reported this month that Katie reportedly bombarded Carl with over 100 phone calls after seeing pictures of him with the mysterious blonde.
The former glamor model is said to have been furious when she saw the snaps just weeks after their split was announced.
Car dealer Carl was seen hugging an unidentified woman as they strolled through Las Vegas together.
