Debunking the "Clitoral vs. Vaginal" Orgasm Debate
The classification of orgasms into "clitoral" and "vaginal" categories dates back to Sigmund Freud, who labeled the clitoral orgasm as immature, deeming the vaginal orgasm as the mark of maturity. However, this widely accepted classification has been debunked by modern medical experts.

The True Role of the Clitoris
Contrary to popular belief, the clitoris is responsible for both "clitoral" and "vaginal" orgasms. Gynecologist-endocrinologist Tatiana Osaulenko clarified that the stimulation of various parts of the clitoris results in different types of orgasms. The G-spot, previously considered a separate structure, is now understood as the projection of other anatomical structures that induce heightened sensitivity.

Locating the G-Spot
While conventionally believed to be on the front wall of the vagina, some women may experience heightened sensitivity on the back wall. Additionally, some scientists suggest that the G-spot aligns with the projection of paraurethral glands in women. Stimulation of these areas leads to what is perceived as a "vaginal" orgasm. However, in reality, there's no distinct separation between vaginal and clitoral orgasms; they all result from stimulating different parts of the clitoris.

Beyond Misconceptions
Moreover, Osaulenko highlighted that when a woman experiences orgasm during anal sex without direct clitoral stimulation, it's still linked to the positioning of the clitoral legs.
