Celine Dion rakes in three times as much

But singing superstar Celine Dion sold her four-bedroom, 12-bathroom home in an ultra-exclusive Las Vegas neighborhood for $30 million, according to property records, as the singer inadvertently profits from rising home prices in Southern Nevada over the past few years.

Given that Quebec native Dion paid $9.2 million for a mansa in 2017, an off-market sale a month ago means the multi-platinum singer has more than tripled her investment. Although Dion, who shared her diagnosis of "rigid person syndrome" last year, spent years reconstructing it, construction records show. This included an extension on the main level, a renovation of the bedroom on the second floor, and the addition of extensive fencing, among other changеs, public records show.
