Vittoria Ceretti was at the opening of the Luigi & Iango Unveiled exhibition at the Palazzo Reale during Fashion Week, which took place there from Thursday to Friday.
At a chic party, Leonardo DiCaprio's 25-year-old girlfriend appeared braless in a revealing dress and demonstrated her independence.
Vittoria made sure she wasn't missed by baring her breasts in her stunning ensemble as she posed for photos.
The model paired the long-sleeve sheer top with a sleek, high-waisted midaxi skirt featuring a single red flower.
The raven-haired beauty enhanced her height with a sparkling pair of strappy stilettos and accessorized with a simple black handbag.
According to The Mail, Leonardo dated Vittoria for at least two months after the pair were seen kissing in a nightclub in Ibiza.
Sources close to the actor say he is "besotted" with Vittoria, who at 25 is 23 years his junior.
They also say that the Italian model is called his "girlfriend."
Leo has a reputation for only dating women aged 25 and under, and has been known to tend to break up with them once they hit the milestone - as he did with his last serious girlfriend, Camila Morrone, now 26 .
The Hollywood star secretly flew her around the world throughout the summer, sparking much speculation among the star's friends that he had finally given up on his lothario days.
One of them said: “Vittoria is a beautiful girl, but Leonardo is more surrounded by many beautiful girls.
“But he adores her and she adores him, and they spent a lot of time together this summer on romantic trips.
“This obviously led to a lot of talk in his circle that Leo was ready to hang up the phone.
“There have been many women photographed with him, at parties with him, but what he has with Vittoria is much more serious.”
Vittoria is the daughter of designer Francesca Lazzari, who worked as a model for Alexander McQueen and Versace.
The Balenciaga brand ambassador appears to be well acquainted with several members of Leonardo's inner circle this summer, including Fusion model Neelam Kaur Gill and DNA model Megan Roche.
Back in November, Vittoria made headlines for her reaction to Lily-Rose Depp, where she stated that "The Internet cares a lot more about who your family is than the people who throw you at things."
The model responded, “I understand the whole ‘I’m here and I’m working hard for it,’ but I’d really like to see if you last through the first five years of my career.
